•Principal Certifying Authority (subdivisions)
•Construction Certificates for subdivision works (approval of design plans)
•Compliance Certificates (design)for civil engineering components of development projects
•Compliance Certificates (works)for construction activities
•Complying Development Certificates for developments identified in Council Development Control Plans (DCPs)
